Dr. Phil Cady from Canada conducted an OCI survey among the UCB staff in order to assess the culture the Organization has. The survey primarily measured “what is expected” of its members through various questions. The conclusion of the survey was based on the gaps between the current culture and the ideal culture of UCB which is the basis for developing plans for strengthening UCB’s long-term effectiveness.
Following the OCI survey, a lecture was also organized by Dr. Phil Cady to explain about the questionnaire responses and their meanings. The lecture proved to be a well-spent hour for the Employees as well as the Management to capture the specific picture about the Current and Ideal Culture of UCB and the Employee Behavior in the Organization.
