Undergraduate Program
University College of Bahrain (UCB) offers a rigorous program in Business Administration. The Business Administration program at UCB is well recognized in Bahrain and in the GCC as a suitable program for high school graduates to apply to since the program focuses on the needs of the market in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Gulf region and prepares the students for the evolving world of business. The program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum focusing on business administration. The curriculum is organized in such a way that it provides students with an appropriate academic progression from semester to semester and year to year.
The program initially focuses on introductory courses and then moves to more specialized courses in particular areas of business administration. The program provides sufficient time, content coverage, and allows students and faculty to interact in order to assure that the learning goals of the programs are accomplished. The program also has a work component which is referred as internship where the students are exposed to work environment at the leading companies and institutions in the GCC.
According to their interests and aspirations, students pursuing Business Administration program may select the emphasis of their choice from 5 concentrations.
